Who are Lightbulb Moment?
Specialising in developing the virtual classroom and webinar design and delivery skills, Lightbulb Moment Limited was founded by our Director, Jo Cook.
Jo has over 20 years experience in L&D roles in a variety of sectors and organisations. The journey of helping people to improve their training led her to live online learning in 2013.
Jo was immediately excited at the potential she saw in live online learning. With a strong background in IT she knew it would help shape the future of the learning industry and business' approach to staff development.
In 2017 Jo brought Mike into the company as Business Operations Manager to help expand our training solutions.

How we do things
"Fantastic, very lively, enthused and engaging*" that's what our attendees say about the hands-on training experience they get from Jo. Modelling best practice for others to adapt to their own delivery and shares her L&D passion generously.
Your attendees don't just get an information dump about what to do whilst live online, they get to experience quality discussions and activities that they can then put into their own designs.
All training programmes have been developed with well-researched training techniques and incorporate modern L&D thinking.
