All of our training modules are delivered virtually, to experience the platform and best practice from the very beginning.
Each module is two, two-hour sessions, with a maximum of ten attendees to focus on individual needs.
Each of these modules can be run independently, or they can be built together to form a more comprehensive course.

Skills, tools and starting right
This module develops your training team’s confidence in their own skills as live online facilitators, in using the platform and connecting with attendees.

This module takes your facilitators on an interactive journey with activities designed to highlight live online best practice of what is possible in engaging remote attendees.
Memorable and engaging activities are often the core foundation of any learning intervention no matter the modality. Keeping the interest and engagement of your attendees is paramount to succeeding in your learning outcomes.

Facilitating remote attendees
This module delves into the concept of digital body language, how to sense and manage attendees needs quickly and professionally.
Being able to adapt in face-to-face training is natural, and here we focus on empowering the facilitator with tactics of how to do this online to provide the best learning experience for their attendees.
Learning activities include: what digital body language is and how it improves virtual delivery; digital body language scenarios; managing attendees online; common attendee issues; identifying when you need to be flexible; improvised use of the tools and activities; preparation of resources, software and documents as plan B alternatives
